摘要
针刺量效关系研究旨在于阐述针刺量与针刺效的核心内涵,明晰针刺量中刺激量与接受量的分类以及不同刺激量的量化和规范方法;进而分析针刺量效关系的影响因素,研究单一因素与综合因素在同一疾病或不同疾病的最佳刺激参数,从而以疾病和穴位为基础探求针刺量效关系的核心规律,以获取针刺量效关系的更优刺激参数,优化疾病的临床针刺方案,从而稳定针刺的疗效.如今在医工结合的背景下,随着诸多新技术的引入,研究人员逐渐开展针刺量效关系的转化研究,聚焦于针刺量的数据采集和仪器仿真,以获取针刺量更精准的数据参数同时进行仿真输出以获得最佳针刺效,这有效的提高针刺操作的可重复性,对针刺的临床应用、传承、推广和研究都具有重要得作用.然而在针刺量效关系研究中还存在如:接受量的量化情况不佳、数据采集与仿真仪器不统一、量化形式不同以及缺乏确切的针刺量效关系中医评价标准等亟待解决的问题,所以本文对上述问题提出了解决方案和未来的研究方向.
Abstract
The study on the relationship between acupuncture dose and effect was aimed at elaborating the core connotation of acupuncture dose and effect,clarifying the classification of stimulation dose and receiving dose in acupuncture dose,and quantifying and standardizing methods of different stimulation dose.Then,the influencing factors of the dose-effect relationship of acupuncture were analyzed.The best stimulation parameters of single factor and comprehensive factor in the same disease or different diseases were studied,so as to explored the core law of the dose-effect relationship of acupuncture based on the disease and acupoint,so as to obtained better stimulation parameters of the dose-effect relationship of acupuncture,optimized the clinical acupuncture program of the disease,and stabilized the curative effect of acupuncture.In the context of the combination of medicine and industry,with the introduction of many new technologies,researchers gradually carry out the transformation research on the relationship between acupuncture dose and effect,focusing on the data acquisition and instrument simulation of acupuncture dose,so as to obtain more accurate data parameters of acupuncture dose and perform simulation output to obtain the best acupuncture effect,which effectively improves the repeatability of acupuncture operation.It plays an important role in the clinical application,inheritance,promotion and research of acupuncture.However,there are still some problems to be solved in the study of acupuncture dose-effect relationship,such as poor quantification of accepted dose,inconsistency of data collection and simulation instruments,different quantification forms and lack of exact evaluation criteria of acupuncture dose-effect relationship in TCM.Therefore,this paper puts forward solutions and future research directions for the above problems.
