红景天苷防治眼科疾病的研究进展

红景天苷是从红景天分离得到的一种苯丙素苷,具有耐缺氧、抗氧化、抗炎、保护神经、抗疲劳、抗衰老及调节免疫等广谱药理特性.红景天苷具有多靶点—多途径的整体调节特征,通过激活磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B信号通路和单磷酸腺苷活化蛋白激酶途径、B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因/B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因相关X蛋白通路和内源性抗氧化酶的活性及环氧合酶/前列腺素E2信号通路保护糖尿病性视网膜病变视网膜血管内皮细胞、视网膜色素上皮细胞及Müller细胞;激活调控转化生长因子信号通路、磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B信号通路和分泌性糖蛋白/β-连环蛋白通路,从而抑制青光眼小梁网细胞和神经节细胞凋亡,并调节眼内压的稳定;激活蛋白激酶B/糖原合成酶激酶-3信号通路抑制年龄相关性黄斑变性视网膜色素上皮细胞氧化损伤,降低血管内皮生长因子和缺氧诱导因子-1的表达水平抑制脉络膜新生血管的形成;发挥抗氧化活性,保护白内障晶状体上皮细胞免受氧化损伤;改善近视所致的巩膜缺氧;以及通过激活单磷酸腺苷活化蛋白激酶—沉默信息调节因子1信号通路促进自噬等来抑制机体氧化应激,缓解干眼症引起的角膜上皮细胞氧化损伤等.红景天苷在眼科应用研究涉及的范围越来越广,本文就国内、外红景天苷治疗相关眼科疾病的最新研究进展予以综述.
Research progress of salidroside in the prevention and treatment of eye diseases
Salidroside is a kind of phenylpropanoid glycoside isolated from rhodiola rosea.It has broad-spectrum pharmacological properties such as anti-hypoxia,anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,nerve protection,anti-fatigue,anti-aging and immune regulation.Salidroside has a multi-target-multi-pathway global regulatory characteristic,which protects retinal vascular endothelial cells,retinal pigment epithelial cells and Muller cells in diabetic retinopathy by activating PI3K/AKT and AMPK pathways,Bcl-2/Bax signaling pathway and the activity of endogenous antioxidant enzymes,and COX2/PGE2 signaling pathway.Activation and regulation of TGF-β2 signaling pathway,PI3K/AKT and Wnt/b-catenin pathway,thereby inhibiting the apoptosis of trabecular network cells and ganglion cells,and regulating the stability of intraocular pressure;Activation of AKT/GSK-3 β signaling pathway inhibited the oxidative damage of retinal pigment epithelial cells in age-related macular degeneration,decreased the expression levels of vascular endothelial growth factor and hypoxia-inducible factor-1,and inhibited the formation of choroidal neovascu-larization.Exert antioxidant activity and protect the epithelial cells of cataract lens from oxidative damage;Ameliorating scleral hypoxia caused by myopia;In addition,by activating AMPK-SIRT-1 signaling pathway to promote autophagy,the oxidative stress of the body can be inhibited,and the oxidative damage of corneal epithelial cells caused by dry eye can be alleviated.The application of salidroside in ophthalmology is becoming more and more extensive.In this paper,the latest research progress of salidroside in the treatment of ophthalmic diseases is reviewed.
