黄酮类中药单体对溃疡性结肠炎信号通路调控作用的研究进展

黄酮类中药单体多存在于天然植物中,因其具有广泛的生物活性及较高的药用价值而日益受到研究人员的重视.溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)是一种涉及各年龄层的自身免疫学疾病,以其反复发作的腹痛、腹泻及粘液脓血便为特征.因其患病率逐年上升,严重影响着患者的生活质量,造成了巨大的社会负担,目前尚未有根治措施.近年来的研究证实,黄酮类中药单体可以调控多条信号通路,包括核因子-κB(nuclear factor kappa-B,NF-κB)信号通路、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen activated protein kinase,MAPK)信号通路、Janus 激酶(the Janus kinase,JAK)/信号转导与转录激活子(signal transducer and activator of transcription,STAT)信号通路、核转录因子E2相关因子(nuclear factor E2-related factor 2,Nrf2)信号通路、Notch 信号通路、磷脂酰肌醇 3-激酶(phosphati-dylinositide 3-kinases,PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(protein kinase B,Akt)信号通路、核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白 3(nucleotide binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3,NLRP3)信号通路,以此发挥抗炎、抗氧化应激、调节免疫、保护肠道上皮屏障和改变微生物群等作用来减轻UC肠道损伤.故基于黄酮类中药单体调控相关信号通路治疗UC作一综述,以期为中药活性成分治疗UC进一步深入提供理论依据.
Regulatory effect of flavonoid herbal monomers on signaling pathways of ulcerative colitis:A review
Flavonoids are mostly found in natural plants and are increasingly valued by researchers for their broad range of biological activities and high medicinal value.Ulcerative colitis(UC)is an autoimmune disease involving all age groups,characterized by its recurrent episodes of abdominal pain,diarrhea and mucopurulent stools.Because its prevalence is increasing year by year,it seriously affects the quality of life of patients and causes a great social burden,and there is no cure for it.Recent studies have confirmed that flavonoid herbal monomers can modulate multiple signaling pathways,including nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB)signaling pathway,mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)signaling pathway,the Janus kinase(JAK)/signal transducer activator of transcription(STAT)signaling pathway,nuclear factor E2-related factor 2(NRF2)signaling pathway,Notch signaling pathway,phosphatidylinositide 3-kinases(PI3K)/protein kinase B(Akt)signaling pathway,nucleotide binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)signaling pathway can exert anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidative stress,immune regulation,protection of the intestinal epithelial barrier and microbiota modification effects to reduce UC intestinal damage.Therefore,a review based on flavonoid herbal monomers modulating related signaling pathwaysfor the treatment of UC is presented in order to provide a theoretical basis for the further development of active ingredients of herbal medicines for the treatment of UC.
