广泛性焦虑症的中医研究进展

摘要
广泛性焦虑症中是临床中最常见的焦虑障碍之一,严重威胁患者的身心健康和生活质量."郁证"是广泛性焦虑症研究较多且较为公认的病名,根据其病因病机、临床表现等,古代文献记载的"心悸""百合病""脏躁"等均与之密切相关.本病常因素体正虚,复为七情所伤所致,病位在脑,涉及肝、心、脾,基本病机为肝气不疏,气机郁滞,郁而化火,耗伤阴血,血不养心,心神不宁.肝郁化火、痰火上扰、心脾两虚、心胆气虚、心肾不交等是其常见证型,中医治疗注重辨证论治,多采用经典方、经验方等中药治疗,结合针刺、推拿、八段锦等非药物疗法形神并调,能明显改善焦虑情绪,特别是增效减毒,提升患者生活质量.
Abstract
Generalized anxiety disorder is one of the most common anxiety disorders in clinical practice,which seriously threatens the physical and mental health and quality of patients'life.Depression syndrome is a widely recognized name of generalized anxiety disorder.According to the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis and clinical manifestations,palpitation,lily disease or dirty and manic recorded in ancient literature are closely related to it.The common factors of the disease are deficiency of the body,compounded by the injury of seven feelings,the disease is in the brain,involving the liver,the heart,the spleen,the basic pathogenesis of the liver qi is not sparse,qi stagnation,depression and fire,damaging yin blood,blood does not nourish the heart,restless.Liver-depression of fire,phlegm-fire disturbance,deficiency of heart and spleen,deficiency of heart and gallbladder and qi,heart-kidney disjunction,etc.,are often witnessed.Chinese medicine treatment focuses on syndrome differentiation and treatment,mainly adopts traditional Chinese medicine such as classical prescription and experience prescription,combined with acupuncture,massage,Baduanjin and other non-drug therapies to regulate the body and spirit,which can significantly improve anxiety,especially increase efficiency and reduce toxicity,and improve the quality of life of patients.
