红花抗动脉粥样硬化药理作用研究进展

摘要
动脉粥样硬化是与心脑血管疾病密切相关的慢性疾病.红花活性成分通过抑制核转录因子-κB信息通路激活,以及调节磷脂酰肌醇三羟基激酶/蛋白质丝氨酸苏氨酸激酶信息通路来抑制炎症.红花活性成分可通过调节丝裂原活化蛋白激酶信号通路来抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖.红花活性成分还可通过抗氧化应激、抑制血小板聚集、调节血脂发挥抗动脉粥样硬化作用.
Abstract
Atherosclerosis is a chronic disease closely related to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Safflower active ingredients inhibit inflammation by inhibiting nuclear transcription factor-κB information pathway activation and modulating phosphoinositide-3 kinase/protein serine threonine kinase information pathway.Safflower active ingredients inhibit vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation by regulating mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling pathway.The active ingredients of safflower can exert anti-AS effects through anti-oxidative stress,inhibition of platelet aggregation,and regulation of blood lipids.
