Research on recommendations in Traditional Chinese Medicine Guidelines for Acute Primary Headache with Delphi method
Objective Forming the recommendations of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Guidelines for Acute Primary Headache(hereinafter referred to as'the guidelines').To provide references for the development of the guidelines.Methods The expert consultation questionnaire was designed through retrieval of literature related to primary headache and headache in China and abroad.In this study,18 experts from related fields all over the country were selected for two rounds of expert consultation using the Delphi method and the contents of the guidelines were revised based on the results of the questionnaire.Results In this study,18 questionnaires were distributed in each round,and the positive coefficients of experts in two rounds were 94%and 89%,respectively,indicating that the enthusiasm of experts was high.The Cronbach's α coefficient in the first round was 0.934,indicating the good reliability of the questionnaire.After two rounds of questionnaire consultation,the arithmetic average scores of each recommendation item met the requirement of E>1.8,and the average CV values were 0.20±0.12 and 0.02±0.04,respectively,indicating that experts reached a consensus on the recommendations included in the guidelines.Conclusion In this study,the Delphi method was used to form the recommendations of the guidelines,which provided evidences for the standardization and standardization of clinical practice of TCM treatment of headache.
