甘草活性成分防治哮喘药理作用的研究进展

甘草活性成分可阻止核因子κB信号通路激活,调节V型集和免疫球蛋白结构域4/核苷酸寡聚化结构域样受体家族热蛋白结构域相关蛋白3炎症复合通路,抑制转化生长因子-β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)/Smad信号通路激活,抑制Th2细胞的活性,抑制介导的中性粒细胞炎症反应,减轻气道炎症反应.甘草活性成分可激活核因子E2相关因子2/血红素加氧酶1信号通路,减轻氧化应激反应.甘草活性成分可抑制TGF-β1/Smad信号通路活性,促进肺气道平滑肌细胞凋亡,延缓气道重塑以保护肺功能.甘草活性成分可抑制特异性IgE和IgG的形成,阻止平滑肌收缩,发挥抗过敏作用,减轻气道高反应性.甘草活性成分可调节Th1/Th2细胞、Treg细胞功能,改善免疫功能.本研究通过整理甘草活性成分用于哮喘的研究报道,总结其药理作用,为哮喘的治疗提供参考.
Research progress on the pharmacological effects of licorice active ingredients in the prevention and treatment of asthma
Licorice active ingredients can inhibit the activation of nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB)signaling pathway,regulate the V-type set and immunoglobulin domain 4(VSIG4)/NOD like receptor family heat protein domain related protein 3(NLRP3)inflammatory complex pathway,inhibit the activation of transforming growth factor-β 1(TGF-β1)/Smad signaling pathway,inhibit the activity of Th2 cells,and inhibit neutrophil chemotactic factor 1(CINC-1)in pancreatic tissue,mediate neutrophil in-flammatory response,reduce airway inflammatory response.The active ingredients of licorice can activate the nuclear factor E2 related factor 2(Nrf2)/heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)signaling pathway,reduce oxidative stress response.The active ingredients of licorice can inhibit the activity of TGF-β 1/Smad signaling pathway,promote apoptosis of pulmonary airway smooth muscle cells,delay airway remodeling,and protect lung function.The active ingredients of licorice can inhibit the formation of specific IgE and IgG,activate trans gel protein-2,prevent smooth muscle contraction,and reduce airway hyperreactivity.The active ingredients of licorice can regulate the functions of Th1/Th2 cells and Treg cells,and improve immune function.This study summarized the pharmacological effects of licorice active ingredients on asthma by recent research reports,providing references for the treatment of asthma.
