As the core of the geopark construction, the conservation of geologic heritages has increased in its im- portance and urgency along with intensification of research on tourism geology and improving of geopark construction. The author of this article has engaged in the summarizing work of conservation of geologic heritages in Huguan Canyon National Geopark during recent years, and, on the basis of systematic classifi- cation of conservations of geologic heritages and analyzing the present situation in conservation of geologic heritages in the Geopark, aiming at seeking out problem and deficiency and establishing scientific counter- measure and method to achieve health and continual development of the geopark.
