摘要

在处理规模为400 t/d的生活垃圾焚烧系统SNCR脱硝的基础上开展PNCR强化脱硝应用试验研究,发现烟气温度和烟气含氧量随着时间反向波动,是影响脱硝效率的最重要因素.PNCR强化脱硝可以将NOx 排放浓度降低到100 mg/Nm3 以下,NH3 的排放浓度稳定控制在5 mg/Nm3 以下,年运行成本降至81 万元.SNCR+PNCR强化脱硝工艺系统组成简单,响应时间短,运行稳定可靠,更适合现有垃圾焚烧发电厂烟气脱硝升级改造.

Abstract

Based on the existing SNCR denitration system,reinforced denitration by PNCR(polymer non-catalytic reduction)was carried out on a 400 t/d municipal solid waste incinerator.The results show that flu gas temperature and oxygen content fluctuate inversely as time forward.Flu-gas temperature is the key fac-tor to the efficiency of denitration efficiency.PNCR reinforced denitration can further reduce NOx emission concentration to no higher than 100 mg/Nm3 and NH3 emission concentration is stably kept below 5 mg/Nm3.Operating cost of PNCR denitration is about 81×104 yuan per year.With simple system composition,short response time as well as stable and reliable operation,SNCR+PNCR reinforced denitration system should be most suitable for the upgrading of the existing municipal waste incinerating plant with respect to the flu-gas denitration.
