摘要

镁合金材料具有优越的力学性能,是当前汽车轻量化的主要材料之一.文章通过对镁合金AM60 材料进行一系列拉伸、剪切等力学性能试验,分析了其在不同应变率和不同应力状态下的力学特性,同时结合有限元仿真对标方法校准镁合金 AM60 的 GISSMO 断裂模型参数,根据标定后的MAT24/GISSMO材料参数进行有限元模拟和对比试验,验证了该模型在不同应力状态下预测断裂失效的有效性.

Abstract

The mechanical properties of magnesium alloys make it one of the main materials for vehicle light-weight.Tensile and shearing mechanical properties tests were carried out on magnesium alloy AM60.The mechanical properties at different strain rates and different stress states were obtained.The LS-DYNA finite element simulation and experimental results were compared to obtain the relationship between the stress triax-iality and the equivalent plastic strain of the failure element under different stress states,so as to determine the GISSMO fracture model parameters of the magnesium alloy AM60.Finally,based on the MAT24/GISS-MO material parameters after calibration,the finite element simulation and experiment were compared.The validity of the model for predicting fracture failure under different stress states is verified.
