In order to improve the practical ability of ideological and political teaching in local colleges and u-niversities,based on the experience and reflection of the pre-service and post-service professional devel-opment path of teacher education,This study reshapes the practical needs of teacher education characteristics and the dynamic requirements of the practical development of curriculum ideological and political teaching skills,and takes the theory of teacher professional development,Tao Xingzhi's theory of Integration of Teach-ing and Doing and Berta Bertalanffy's theory of General System as the theoretical basis,and effectively plays the role of the main channel of classroom education.Taking Hubei Polytechnic University as an example,this paper explores the six-in-one teaching skill training model of teaching-training-competition-practice-research-reflection course ideology and politics.
