Construction of nursing plan for left atrial appendage occlusion in patients with atrial fibrillation
Objective To construct a scientific,standardized,and strong clinical practice nursing plan for left atri-al appendage occlusion in patients with atrial fibrillation in China.Methods From January to June 2022,The nursing plan was initially constructed through literature domestic and foreign review and semi-structured interviews,and 19 experts were consulted by Delphi experts to complete the plan adjustment,and the weight coefficients of each index were determined by the analytic hierarchy process.Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of letter questionnaires were 95％and 100％,respectively.The expert authority coefficients were 0.879 and 0.896,respec-tively.Finally,a nursing plan for the left atrial appendage occlusion in patients with atrial fibrillation was estab-lished,which consisted of 6 first-level indicators,28 second-level indicators,and 50 third-level indicators.The mean value of each indexs importance assignment was 4.47～ 5.00,the full score was 52.6％～100.0％,the coefficient of variation was 0.00～0.16,and the Kendall's coefficient was 0.202～0.327(P＜0.001).Conclusion The constructed nursing plan of left atrial appendage closure in patients with atrial fibrillation is credible and scientific,and can pro-vide reference for the nursing practice of left atrial appendage closure for patients with atrial fibrillation.
