Objective To translate the Cambridge Renal Stone Patient Reported Outcome(PRO)Scale to Chinese and test its reliability,in order to provide a specific scale for clinical assessment of renal stone(CReSP).the Cam-bridge Patient-Reported Outcome Measure for Kidney Stones(CReSP)into Chinese and test its reliability and validi-ty,in order to provide a specific scale for clinical assessment of patient-reported outcomes of kidney stones. Methods The source scale was translated,back-translated,cross-culturally debugged, and pre-experimented to form the Chi-nese version of the scale.A total of 420 kidney stone patients were selected as the research objects to verify the relia-bility and validity of the scale from August 2021 to April 2022.Results The Chinese version of CReSP consisted of 6 dimensions and 14 items. The content validity index of each entry of the scale was 0.80~1.00,and the content va-lidity index of the scale was 0.79;The total number of extracted common factors was 6,and the cumulative contri-bution of variance was 78.602%;The factor loadings of each entry after Promax oblique rotation ranged from 0.650~0.989,and the results of validation factor analysis showed that the model fit was good. The scale and each dimen-sion Cronbach's α coefficients were 0.859~0.959,and its retest reliability was 0.804~0.941.Conclusion The Chi-nese version of CReSP has good reliability and validity, and can be used as a specific evaluation tool for renal stone.
