摘要
低价值护理(LVC)去实施化有助于优化护理措施,改善患者健康结局,提高护理安全性、效率和质量,促进医疗资源的合理有效利用.本文对LVC和去实施化的概念,LVC和去实施化的起源与发展,LVC去实施化的相关理论、框架和模型,LVC去实施化的影响因素及实施路径等方面进行综述,并针对性地提出相关建议,以期为我国临床护理工作的完善和发展提供借鉴.
Abstract
De-implementation of low-value care(LVC)was benefit to optimize care interventions,improve pa-tient health outcomes,ensures the safety,effectiveness,and quality of care,and promote rational and effective utili-zation of medical resources.In this paper,the concept of(LVC)and de-implementation,the origin and development of(LVC)and de-implementation,the relevant theories,framework,and model for de-implementation of(LVC),and the influencing factors and clinical pathway for de-implementation of(LVC)were reviewed.Suggestions were put forward to provide reference for the improvement and development of clinical care in China.
