智能信息平台的构建及在辅助生殖周期内患者中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨智能信息平台的构建及在生殖中心周期内患者中的应用效果.方法 构建智能信息平台.改变传统的周期内患者等候医嘱、护士发药及注射流程.并于2021年3月起逐步在我院生殖中心周期内患者中应用,比较应用前后患者等候用药时间、耗材使用情况、护理人员工作负荷及护患满意度的相关指标.结果 智能信息平台应用之后,周期内患者平均滞留时长、有效时长、无效时长均较之前缩短,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.001).处方无纸化墨盒硒鼓等更换频次减少,减少耗材浪费.护理人员工作负荷减少,患者对新流程满意度提高.结论 智能信息平台的应用在优化周期内患者就诊流程,缩短患者等候时间,节约了人力物力取得了良好成效提高了护患满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the construction of paperless intelligent platform and its application effect in pa-tients in assisted reproductive cycle.Methods Since March 2021,our center had constructed the intelligent platform and gradually implemented it in patients in assisted reproductive cycle,which had changed the traditional process of patients waiting for medical orders,nurses'dispensing and injection in the cycle.Results After the application of in-telligent platform,the average retention time,effective time,and invalid time of patients in the cycle were shorter than before,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.001).The replacement frequency of prescription paperless ink cartridge and toner cartridge was reduced to reduce the waste of consumables.The workload of nursing staff was reduced and patients'satisfaction with the new process was improved.Conclusion The application of intelli-gent platform has achieved good results in optimizing the patient treatment process in the cycle,shortening the wait-ing time of patients,saving human and material resources and improve nurse and patient satisfaction.
