Construction of standard index system for chronic wound nursing cases report
Objective To construct the standard index system for chronic wound nursing cases report.Methods The first draft was initially formed on the basis of literature review and qualitative interviews.Two rounds of experts consultation were conducted with 21 experts using the Delphi expert consultation method from October to November 2021.Results The expert active coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 100％,90.5％,while the expert authority coefficients were 0.94,0.95,respectively.The Kendall's coefficientof concordance(W)were 0.196 and 0.176(P＜0.001).The final construction standards for evaluating chronic wound nursing cases included 4 i-tems(assessment and diagnosis,treatment,summary and analysis,and the overall evaluation)in the first level,20 items in the second level,and 20 items in the third level.Conclusion The standard index fsystem for chronic wound nursing cases report is high scientific and reliability,strong maneuverability,which is expected to provide guidance for chronic wound nursing cases'report.
