摘要
目的 探讨基于健康行为改变整合(ITHBC)理论的康复干预方案,对改善乳腺癌患者患肢功能的康复效果.方法 采取便利抽样法,选择2022年1-3月在我院乳腺肿瘤护理专科门诊因乳腺癌导致上肢功能障碍的90例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例,对照组接受常规的护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于ITHBC理论的护理干预.于干预前后比较2组患者的肩关节活动度、自我管理效能及生活质量.结果 干预4周后,2组患者肩关节前屈、后伸和外展的活动度组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),2组患者自我管理效能和生活质量差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 基于ITHBC的康复干预方案可以改善乳腺癌患者的上肢功能,提升其生活品质以及自我管理效能.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of a rehabilitation intervention program based on Integrated Health Behavior Change(ITHBC)theory on improving the function of affected limbs of breast cancer patients.Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to select 90 patients with upper limb dysfunction caused by breast cancer in the specialized outpatient department of breast cancer nursing in our hospital from January to March 2022 as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and observation group according to random num-ber table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the ob-servation group implemented nursing intervention based on ITHBC theory on the basis of the control group.The shoulder range of motion,self-management efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results After 4 weeks of intervention,the mobility of shoulder joint flexion,extension and ab-duction between 2 groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were statistically significant differences in,self-management efficacy and quality of life between 2 groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation intervention program based on ITHBC theory can improve the upper limb function,quality of life and self-management efficacy of breast cancer patients.
