Application of research functional rehabilitation intervention plan for breast cancer patients based on the integrated theory of health behavior change
Objective To explore the effect of a rehabilitation intervention program based on Integrated Health Behavior Change(ITHBC)theory on improving the function of affected limbs of breast cancer patients. Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to select 90 patients with upper limb dysfunction caused by breast cancer in the specialized outpatient department of breast cancer nursing in our hospital from January to March 2022 as the research objects, and they were divided into a control group and observation group according to random num-ber table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the ob-servation group implemented nursing intervention based on ITHBC theory on the basis of the control group. The shoulder range of motion,self-management efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results After 4 weeks of intervention, the mobility of shoulder joint flexion, extension and ab-duction between 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in,self-management efficacy and quality of life between 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation intervention program based on ITHBC theory can improve the upper limb function, quality of life and self-management efficacy of breast cancer patients.
