目的 对β内酰胺类抗菌药物皮肤试验的相关证据进行最佳总结。方法 以"β内酰胺类抗菌药物""青霉素""头孢菌素"和"皮肤试验"为主题词检索了中国知网、万方数据库、Elsevier、PubMed、SpringerLink、Wiley In-terScience 和web of science等数据库，并对国际指南网、美国国家指南网、英国国家指南中心网、欧洲指南网、澳大利亚临床指南网和新西兰指南网等指南网站进行检索，检索时限为建库至2023年1月31日。结果 共纳入证据8篇，其中7篇指南，1篇专家共识。总结出β内酰胺类抗菌药物皮肤试验适应证、操作基本原则和结果判读、过敏史的甄别与过敏反应的救治4个方面的证据。结论 医护人员应该按照循证医学证据进行临床实践，有助于提升对β内酰胺类抗菌药物皮肤试验的认知和操作规范，保证医疗安全，提高护理质量。
Summary of best evidences from skin tests of β-lactam antibiotics
Objective To summarize the best evidence related to β-lactam antibiotic skin testing.Methods A litera-ture search was performed by using the key words"β-lactam antibiotics","penicillin","cephalosporine",and"skin test"in Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,Elsevier,PubMed,SpringerLink,Wiley InterScience,and web of science.The guideline websites including Guidelines International Network(GIN),National Guideline Clearinghouse(NGC),National Clinical Guideline Centre(NCGC),The Council of Europe(CE),Australia's Clinical Practice Guidelines Portal,and New Zealand Guideline Group(NZGG)were also searched.The search period is from database establishment to January 31,2023.Results A total of 8 articles were included,including 7 guidelines and 1 expert consensus.Evidence were summarized including indications of β-lactam antibiotic skin test,basic principles of operation and interpretation of results,identification of allergy history,and treatment of allergic reactions to 4 aspects of ev-idence.Conclusion Medical workers shall be in accordance with the evidence of evidence-based medicine in clinical practice,help to promote the cognition and operational practice of β-lactam antibiotic skin testing,ensure medical safety,and im-prove the quality of nursing.
