Analysis of the barriers and facilitators to the clinical application of an evidence-based practice programme for the management of exercise in patients with diabetic foot
Objective To understand the barriers and facilitators to clinical application of an evidence-based exer-cise management programme for patients with diabetic foot(DF),so as to provide reference for clinical nursing work.Methods From August to October 2022 in our hospital,The intentional sampling method was used to select 20 people involved in the clinical application of the evidence for semi-structured interview.and the interview data was sorted out and analyzed by Colaizzi's seven-step analysis method.Results A total of 4 themes were formed,namely,the change dimension,the recipient dimension,the organizational context dimension,and the facilitators.Conclusion It is necessary to constantly integrate the application of evidence based on the actual clinical situation,improve the sense of professional benefit and organizational support of practitioners,increase the propaganda and education for patients,formulate a complete and clear nursing quality management system,improve sports equipment and places,and promote close multidisciplinary collaboration,in order to help promote the use of evidence in the clinical setting.
