摘要
总结1例胸腺瘤切除合并人工上腔静脉置换术后并发气管切开造口感染患者的护理经验.主要护理要点包括加强气道管理细节;采取气管切开造口的感控策略;实施个性化肺康复训练等措施.经过精心的治疗和护理,患者于105 d后康复出院.随访3个月恢复良好.
Abstract
This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with tracheostomy infection after thymec-tomy combined with artificial superior vena cava replacement.The main nursing care were as follows:Strengthening the details of airway management;Using the infection control strategy of tracheostomy;Conducting individualized lung rehabilitation training and other measures.After meticulous treatment and care,the patient recovered well and discharged after 105 days.Followed up for 3 months,the patient was in good condition.
