Research progress of the non-technical skills in scrub nurses
Objective Non-technical skills(NTS)referred to personal intrinsic qualities and interpersonal commu-nication and management skills that can promote better application of professional knowledge and skills.Due to the important communication and coordination role played by hand washing nurses during the surgical process,the appli-cation and improvement of NTS by hand washing nurses had become the focus of current operating room nursing management work.This article reviewed the definition,evaluation,influencing factors,and intervention measures of NTS in hand washing nurses,aiming to provide ideas for further research and reference for the application,manage-ment,and improvement of non-technical skills in hand washing nurses.
