Nursing care of the amniotic fluid embolism complicated with osteofascial compartment syndrome after extracorporeal membrane oxygenation treatment
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of the lower limb osteofascial compartment syndrome(OCS)complicated with amniotic fluid embolism treated with extracorpored(ECNO).Method The main nursing points included:(1)nursing care for EC MO support therapy;(2)Early identification and evaluation of OCS;(3)Ap-plication of VSD negative pressure sealing drainage technology and observation nursing beside the bed;(4)ICU dia-ries helped patients establish a mindset for rehabilitation,with support from family and family members,and inter-disciplinary collaboration to develop rehabilitation plans.Result After 133 d of careful care,the patient was success-fully discharged from the hospital.Conclusion Timely and effective nursing can effectively shorten the existing hospi-talization time,enable patients to smoothly recover from daily life,and improve the stability,muscle strength,physical strength,and balance ability required for daily life after the rehabilitation of the affected limb with OCS.
