目的 梳理国内外血液透析(HD)自我管理的研究趋势与热点，为我国HD自我管理的后续研究提供参考。方法 检索建库至2023年1月1日中国知网、Web of Science核心合集数据库收录的有关HD自我管理的相关文献，利用Cite Space软件进行发文量、国家、作者、关键词聚类等分析。结果 共纳入文献1 301篇，其中中文文献746篇，英文文献555篇，年发文量呈快速上升趋势。结合可视化分析结果，国内外HD自我管理研究热点与前沿归纳为4个方向:(1)患者并发症管理为该领域研究主体。(2)医疗干预对改善HD患者自我管理能力作用明显。(3)患者自我管理行为的提高是改善生活、生存质量的基础。(4)HD患者自我管理的机制研究。结论 目前，国内外在HD自我管理领域研究已相对成熟，未来应继续推进自我管理概念的普及，开展多维度的研究，实现研究结果到临床的转化，切实改善HD患者生存质量。
Visualization analysis of hot topics in hemodialysis self-management field at home and abroad
Objective To summarize the research trends and hot-spots of self-management in hemodialysis(HD)at home and abroad,and provide reference for further research on self-management in HD in China.Method The pa-per retrieved relevant literature on self-management of HD in the core collection databases of China National Knowl-edge Infrastructure and Web of Science from the establishment of the database to 2023,using Cite Space to analyze publication volume,country,author,and keyword clustering.Results A total of 74 6 literatures were included in Chinese and 555 articles were included in English,with a rapid increase in annual publication volume.Based on the visualization analysis results,the research hot-spots and frontiers of self-management in HD at home and abroad can be summarized into 4 directions:(1)Patient complication management was the main research subject in this field;(2)Medical intervention had a significant effect on improving the self-management ability of HD patients;(3)The improvement of self-management behavior in patients was the foundation for improving their quality of life;(4)A study on the mechanism of self-management in HD patients.Conclusion Currently,the research on the field of self-management in HD is relatively mature both domestically and internationally.In the future,we should continue to promote the popularization of the concept of self-management,conduct multidimensional research,achieve the trans-lation of research results into clinical practice,so as to effectively improve the quality of life in HD patients.
