Study on the relationship between kinesophobia and exercise rehabilitation adherence in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention
Objective To understand the status of kinesophobia, exercise rehabilitation adherence, and nursing support in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),and to analyze the correlation among the three. Methods A total of 236 inpatients with coronary heart disease from November 2022 to April 2023 in a Grade A hospital in Xian,Shaanxi province were selected by convenience sampling method.General data questionnaire, the Chinese version of the Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia Heart, the CHD Post-PCI Patient Em-powerment Nursing Evaluation Scale, and Exercise Rehabilitation Adherence Scale were used to investigate. Results The total score of the Kinesophobia Scale were 38(35,41)points,The total score of the Nursing Support Scale were 64.5(61,69)points,The total score of the Exercise Rehabilitation Adherence Scale were 1(1,2)points.Exercise rehabilitation adherence was positively correlated with nursing support, kinesophobia was negatively correlated with nursing support, kinesophobia was negatively correlated with exercise rehabilitation adherence(P<0.05).Nursing support had mediating effect between kinesophobia and exercise rehabilitation adherence, and the mediating effect ac-counted for 30%of the total effect. Conclusion The kinesophobia of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI is at a medium level, while nursing support and exercise rehabilitation adherence are at a low level.Nursing support plays a partial mediating role between kinesophobia and exercise rehabilitation adherence. The medical staff should pay more attention to and evaluate the kinesophobia of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,and carry out the corresponding nursing support in time,so as to improve the compliance of patients with cardiac rehabilitation ex-ercise and enhance the postoperative rehabilitation effect.
