Objective To explore the intervention effect of collaborative nursing model based on mindfulness-based cognitive therapy on rumination toughness and psychological resilience of adolescent patients with depression disor-der.Methods A total of 140 eligible adolescent patients with depression disorder who were hospitalized in the psychi-atric health department of a Grade-Ⅲ hospital in Taiyuan from August 2021 to October 2022 were selected as re-search objects by using convenience sampling method, and were divided into experimental group(70 cases)and con-trol group(70 cases)by random number table. Both groups received routine nursing, and the experimental group re-ceived collaborative nursing mode based on mindfulness cognitive therapy on the basis of the control group. The Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Ruminative Responses Scale(RRS),and Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescent(RSCA)were used to evaluate the intervention effects between 2 groups before intervention,8 weeks and 3 months after intervention, respectively. Results After 8 weeks and 3 months of intervention, scores of RRS in adolescent pa-tients with depressive disorder in experimental group were lower than before intervention and control group(P<0.05),scores of RSCA in experimental group were higher than before intervention and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The collaborative nursing mode based on mindfulness-based cognitive therapy can effectively reduce the level of rumination toughness in adolescent patients with depressive disorder, improve the level of psychological re-silience of patients, promote the psychological rehabilitation of patients, and prevent the recurrence of adolescent de-pressive disorder.
