肿瘤科护士正念与人文关怀能力作用路径分析

目的 探讨职业韧性、职业认同在肿瘤科护士正念对人文关怀能力影响机制中的多重中介作用.方法 采用便利抽样法,于2022年12月-2023年3月选取山东省10所三级甲等医院(包括2所肿瘤专科医院,8所综合性医院肿瘤科)816名护士作为调查对象.采用一般资料调查问卷、正念注意觉知量表(MASS)、职业韧性量表(CRS)、职业认同量表(PIS)、关怀能力量表(CAI)对肿瘤科护士进行调查,构建并检验链式中介模型.结果 肿瘤科护士正念总分为(66.64±11.04)分,职业韧性总分为(41.09±6.04)分,职业认同总分为(36.35±7.62)分,人文关怀能力总分为(189.94±21.83)分.正念、职业韧性、职业认同与人文关怀能力间均呈正相关(均P<0.05).职业韧性、职业认同的间接效应成立,总间接效应为0.14,其中职业韧性和职业认同特定中介效应分别占总效应的9.80%和5.88%,两者的链式中介作用占11.77%.结论 肿瘤科护士人文关怀能力处于较低水平,职业韧性与职业认同在正念对人文关怀能力影响机制中具有多重中介效应.护理管理者可助力肿瘤科护士提升正念水平,增强职业韧性和职业认同感,以进一步提高其人文关怀能力.
Analysis of pathways between mindfulness and humanistic care ability of nurses in oncology department
Objective To explore the multiple mediating effects of career resilience and professional identity on the mechanism of mindfulness on humanistic care ability of oncology nurses.Methods From December 2022 to March 2023,816 nurses from 10 Grade A hospitals in Shandong province(including 2 oncology hospitals and 8 oncology departments in general hospitals)were selected as the survey objects by convenience sampling method.These nurses in oncology department were investigated by general data questionnaire,Mindful Attention Awareness Scale(MASS),Career Resilience Scale(CRS),Professional Identification Scale(PIS),and Caring Ability Scale(CAI),and a chain mediation model was constructed and tested.Results The total score of mindfulness in oncology nurses was(66.64±11.04)points,the total score of career resilience was(41.09±6.04)points,the total score of profes-sional identity was(36.35±7.62)points,and the total score of humanistic caring ability was(189.94±21.83)points.There were positive correlations among mindfulness,career resilience,professional identity,and humanistic care ability(all P<0.05).The indirect effect of occupational resilience and occupational identity was established,and the total indirect effect was 0.14,in which the specific mediating effect of career resilience and professional iden-tity accounted for 9.80%and 5.88%of the total effect,respectively,and their chain mediating effect accounted for 11.77%.Conclusion The humanistic care ability of nurses in oncology department is at a low level,and the multiple mediating effects of career resilience and professional identity on the mechanism of mindfulness on humanistic care a-bility are valid.Nursing managers can help oncology nurses improve their mindfulness ability,enhance career resili-ence and professional identity,so as to further improve their humanistic care ability.
