目的 分析并界定护士职业心理韧性的概念。方法 系统检索中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普数据库、Embase、Web of Science、Pubmed数据库,检索时限从建库至2023年5月31日,语种限定为中/英文。依据纳排标准纳入相关文献,按照Rodgers演化概念分析法的步骤,从概念演化、属性特征、先决条件、后果、相关概念、典型案例、为概念的进一步发展提出假设和启示7个方面对护士职业心理韧性的相关内容进行分析界定。结果 最终纳人文献38篇,护士职业心理韧性涉及5个概念属性特征,包括适应性、控制性、灵活性、主动性和坚韧性,先决条件包括内部及外部因素2个方面,内部因素包括人口统计学特征(年龄、受教育程度、岗位能级、工作年限、婚姻状况等)及个体特征(自我效能、积极的情绪如希望和乐观、自我认知、护理职业认同及职业承诺),外部因素包括临床环境因素(工作场所暴力、工作量、职场欺凌)、他人支持、社交网络,后果包括职业倦怠水平、职业成功感、工作满意度、离职意愿、职业生活质量。结论 通过Rodgers演化概念分析法明确了护士职业心理韧性的属性特征、先决条件和后果,为后期编制特异性评估工具,并对影响因素和干预等进行深入研究提供了概念支持。
Conceptual analysis of career resilience in nurses
Objective To analyze and clarify the concept of career resilience in nurses.Methods A systematic search was conducted on CNKI,Wanfang database,Chinese Biomedical database,VIP database,Embase,Web of Science,and Pubmed database from the establishment of the database to March 31,2023,and the language was limit-ed to Chinese or English.Relevant literatures were included according to the exclusion criteria,and the relevant con-tents of nurses'career resilience were analyzed and defined from 7 aspects followed by the steps of Rodgers evolution-ary method of concept analysis:concept evolution,attribute characteristics,prerequisites,consequences,related concepts,typical cases,hypothesis and inspiration for the further development of concepts.Results A total of 38 lit-eratures were finally included.Nurses'career resilience involved 5 attributes,including adaptability,self-control,fexibility,proactivity,and hardiness.Prerequisites included both internal factors and external factors with internal factors including demographic characteristics(age,education level,post level,working fixed number of year,and marital status,etc.)and individual characteristics(self-efficacy,positive emotions such as hope and optimism,self-awareness,nursing professional identity and professional commitment),and external factors including clinical envi-ronment factors(workplace violence,workload,and workplace bullying),support from others,social networking.The consequences included the level of job burnout,perceived career success,job satisfaction,demission intention,and quality of professional life.Conclusion The conceptual attributes,prerequisites,and consequences of career resili-ence in nurses are clarified through Rodgers evolutionary method of concept analysis,which provided conceptual sup-port for the construction of specific assessment tools and in-depth research on influencing factors and interventions of career resilience in nurses.
