学科交叉融合背景下我国护理学科人才培养路径分析

随着社会健康服务问题的复杂化、护理学研究范畴的不断拓宽,护理学科研究范式逐步延伸,培养具有护理交叉能力的创新型、复合型人才既是现实需求也是自身建设和发展的必然趋势.本文综述了我国跨学科人才培养在师资队伍、跨学科课程、实践平台、科学研究及联合培养等路径的发展现状,分析我国护理人才培养的不足并提出建议,为进一步促进护理学科交叉融合发展,加快创新型、复合型拔尖护理人才培养提供参考.
Analysis on the training path of nursing discipline talents in China under the background of interdisciplinary integration
Objective With the complication of social health service problems,the continuous expansion of the research scope of nursing,and gradual extension of the research paradigm of nursing discipline,it was not only a re-alistic need but also an inevitable trend of self-construction and development to cultivate innovative and compound talents with nursing cross-ability.This article summarized the development status of interdisciplinary talent training in China in terms of teaching staff,interdisciplinary courses,practice platforms,scientific research,and joint train-ing,analyzed the shortcomings of nursing talent training in China and put forward suggestions to further promote the interdisciplinary integration development of nursing disciplines and accelerate the cultivation of innovative,com-pound,and top-notch nursing talents.
