Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)nursing mode on quality of life in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with coronary heart disease which were admitted to the Geriatrics Department of our hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were se-lected and divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group according to the random number table method,the control group took conventional treatment and routine nursing,the observation group re-ceived conventional treatment and CGA nursing;The quality of life,occurrence of nursing adverse events and adverse cardiac events,and nursing satisfaction of patients between 2 groups were compared.Results Three months after dis-charge,the each dimension scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of inpatients'nursing adverse events in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than 28.00%in the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse cardiac events in the observation group at 3 months follow-up was 2.00%,which was lower than 14.00%in the control group(P<0.05);The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 84.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CGA nursing model can significantly improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,and reduce the incidence of nursing adverse e-vents and adverse cardiac events,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
