Construction of risk assessment index system for bleeding at PICC puncture point in patients with hematological diseases
Objective To construct an index system for evaluating the risk of bleeding at the peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)puncture point of patients with hematological diseases. Methods Delphi expert inquiry method and literature research method were used to determine and classify the risk factors of blood leakage at the PICC puncture point, and to construct the risk assessment index system of blood leakage at the PICC puncture point and the weight of each index. Results The effective recovery rate of 2 rounds of expert questionnaire was 100%,the ex-pert authority coefficient was 0.917,the expert familiarity was 0.852,and the Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.250.The final evaluation index system of bleeding risk at PICC puncture point of patients with hematological dis-eases included 4 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators, and 33 third-level indicators. Conclusion The risk assessment index system of PICC bleeding in patients with hematological diseases constructed in this study is rela-tively comprehensive assessment content, which can improve the ability of clinical medical staff to predict the bleed-ing at the patient's PICC puncture point.
