摘要
目的 对网络干预在心衰(HF)患者自我护理中应用的研究进行范围审查,以识别网络干预的要素及应用现状.方法 以乔安娜布里格斯研究所范围综述指南为方法学框架,检索Pub Med、Embase、CINAHL、Web of Science、Psyc INFO、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方和中国生物医学数据库中的相关研究.检索时限为建库至2023年4月10日.对纳人文献进行汇总和分析.结果 纳入26篇文献,内容要素涵盖自护指导、提供信息、决策支持、心理与社会支持、提醒示警以及沟通反馈;所有文献均以自护能力为首要结局指标,此外还包括生活质量、健康状况、流行病学指标、疾病知识、患者体验及自我意识.结论 基于网络对HF患者进行自我护理干预相比传统模式更具优势,但尚未形成体系,各要素松散且异质性较大,未来仍需更多的循证实践.
Abstract
Objective To conduct a scoping review of studies on the application of internet-based interventions in the self-care of patients with heart failure(HF)in order to identify the elements and current state of application of network interventions.Methods Using the Joanna Briggs Institute scoping review guidelines as a methodological framework,relevant studies in Pub Med,Embase,CINAHL,Web of Science,Psyc INFO,Cochrane Library,China Knowledge Network,Wanfang,and China Biomedical Database were searched.The search time frame was from the establishment of the database to April 10,2023.The included literature was summarized and analyzed.Results A to-tal of 26 articles were included,covering self-care guidance,provision of information,decision support,psychological and social support,reminder warning,and communication feedback.All the literatures used self-care ability as the primary outcome index,which also included quality of life,health status,epidemiological indicators,disease knowl-edge,patients experience and self-awareness.Conclusions Internet-based self-care interventions model for patients with HF has more advantages than the traditional model,but it has not yet formed a system,and the various elements are loose and heterogeneous,so more evidence-based practice is still needed in the future.
