目的 系统评价先天性白内障患儿父母的照护体验，了解其在患儿确诊至术后康复期间的心理历程。方法 检索外文数据库The Cochrane Library、PubMed、Scopus、Web of science以及中文检索库CNKI、万方、维普、CBM数据库中的质性研究，收集先天性白内障患儿父母真实的照护体验，检索时间限定在建库至2022年12月31日。结果 共纳入8篇文献，提取38个结果，归纳成9个新类别，合成3个整合结果。整合结果为:(1)父母在照护体验上存在性别、地域差异，围手术期存在明显负性情绪与压力源，多数随诊疗进展在术后康复期发展为正性心理成长。(2)家庭关系发生改变，照护者在患儿视觉缺陷和自身能力之间寻求平衡，同时对其角色不断进行调整与适应。(3)患儿父母存在自我期望与能力不符的问题，社会支持需求迫切。结论 医护人员应积极关注先天性白内障患儿父母的真实照护体验，提供个性化的心理及信息支持，帮助其建立积极的观念，促进角色调整与适应，提高其生活质量。
Meta-synthesis of care experience in parents of children with congenital cataract
Objective To systematically evaluate the care experience of parents of children with congenital cata-ract,and to understand their psychological process from the diagnosis of children to postoperative rehabilitation.Methods The Cochrane Library,PubMed,Scopus,Web of Science,and CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP Database,and CBM Database were searched for qualitative studies to collect the real care experience of parents of children with congenital cataract.The retrieval time was limited from the establishment of database to December 31,2022.Results A total of 8 articles were included,38 results were extracted,9 new categories were summarized,and 3 integrated results were synthesized.The integration results were as follows:(1)There were gender and regional differences in the care experience of parents,and there were obvious negative emotions and stressors during the perioperative peri-od,most of them developed into positive psychological growth during the postoperative rehabilitation period with the progress of diagnosis and treatment;(2)Family relationship changed,caregivers seeked a balance between childrens visual defects and their own abilities,and adjust and adapt their roles constantly;(3)The parents of children had the problem of inconsistency between self-expectation and ability,and the need for social support was urgent.Con-clusions Medical staff should actively pay attention to the real care experience of parents of children with congenital cataract,provide personalized psychological and information support,help them establish positive ideas,promote role adjustment and adaptation,and improve their quality of life.
