目的 系统评价和整合重症监护病房(ICU)护士临床警报管理的认知、体验及期望，为提高警报管理水平，促进警报管理安全提供依据。方法 检索 PubMed、CINAHL、Web of Science、Embase、The Cochrane Library、乔安娜布里格斯研究所(JBI)循证卫生保健中心数据、EBSCO、PsyclNFO、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库，收集从建库至2023年3月1日关于ICU护士临床警报管理相关质性研究。采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准(2020版)对文献质量进行评价，采用汇集性整合方法整合结果。结果 共纳入13篇文献，提炼出48个原始研究结果，综合为9个新的类别，整合得出4个整合结果，包括ICU护士对警报管理的认知;警报管理负性体验;警报管理影响因素;期望及建议。结论 应对护理人员进行全阶段的教育或调适，循证建立警报管理流程，配合多学科合作并优化技术支持，促进患者安全。
Meta synthesis of qualitative studies on clinical alarm management of nurses in intensive care unit
Objective To systematically evaluate and integrate nurses'cognition,experience,and expectation of clinical alarms management in intensive care unit(ICU)nurses,so as to provide basis for managers to improve the level of alarm management and promote the safety of alarm management.Methods PubMed,CINAHL,Web of Sci-ence,Embase,the Cochrane Library,Joanna Briggs Institute Library,EBSCO,PsycINFO,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,China Biomedical Literature Database,WanFang Database,and VIP Database were searched for all of the related qualitative research on clinical alarm management of nurses in ICU,and the search time limit was from the establishment of the databases to March 1,2023.The quality of the researches was evaluated by using the Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative research in Australia(2020 version),and a meta-synthesis method was used to integrate the results.Results A total of 13 studies were included,and 48 findings were extracted.They were summarized 9 new categories,and 4 integrated results were formed,including the cognition of ICU nur-ses towards alarm management,negative experience of alarm management,influencing factors of alarm management,and expectations and suggestions.Conclusion Nursing staff should be educated or adjustment at all stages,establish an evidence-based alarm management process,optimize multidisciplinary cooperation and technical support,and pro-mote the safety of patients.
