The objective of this study was to summarize the nursing experience of a case of elderly patients with toxic epidermal necrolysis(TEN)complicated with digestive tract perforation in September 2022.Nursing points were as followed:Early identification of digestive tract perforation,early emergency surgery;On the basis of com-prehensive skin lesion assessment,effective wound care programs were developed from three aspects,which were preven-tion of epidermal separation,wound treatment,and mucosal care;Taking a variety of pain intervention measures in time;Multidisciplinary collaboration to develop personalized nutritional support programs for patients;Doing a good job of body fluid management and medication care.After 12 days of careful treatment and nursing,the patient's condition improved and discharged.After 1 week of follow-up,the patient's skin lesions healed completely and recovered well after operation.
