Kidney disease had risen to one of the top ten causes of death in the world,and patients had complex symptom burden and were easy to form symptom clusters,which seriously disturbing the physical and mental health of patients.In this paper,the research progress of symptom clusters in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)at home and abroad were comprehensively reviewed,and the exploration status and quantitative assessment tools of symptom clusters in patients with CKD treated with hemodialysis(HD),non-dialysis conservative treatment of ad-vanced CKD,kidney transplantation(RTX),and other different treatment methods were introduced respectively.The theoretical framework and influencing factors for the study of renal disease symptom clusters were described,and the nursing intervention measures of symptom cluster of patients with kidney disease were introduced,so as to provide reference for the exploration and management of symptom clusters in patients with kidney disease.
