Construction of risk assessment index system for unplanned extubation of nasal feeding patients in rehabilitation department based on nursing risk management theory
Objective To construct a scientific risk index system of unplanned extubation(UEX)for nasogastric feeding patients in rehabilitation department,and provide a basis for preventing unplanned extubation of nasogastric feeding patients.Methods The first draft of the risk assessment index system for UEX in patients with nasal feeding in rehabilitation department was formulated through literature review,and 2 rounds of letter inquiries with 17 ex-perts were conducted by using the Delphi method,and the weight of each index was determined by analytic hierarchy process.Results The recovery rates of the expert questionnaires in 2 round were 100%and 94.1%,respectively,and the degrees of expert authority were 0.94 and 0.91,and the Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.558 and 0.534(all P<0.001).The UEX risk index system for nasal feeding patients in rehabilitation department were finally formed,including 3 first-level indicators,24 second-level indicators,and 60 three-level indicators.Conclusion The risk index system of UEX for nasal feeding patients in rehabilitation department based on Delphi method is scientific and reasonable,and it is of great significance for guiding clinical work.
