领悟社会支持和核心自我评价在护理本科生主动性人格与生涯适应力间的中介作用

目的 探讨护理本科生领悟社会支持和核心自我评价在主动性人格对生涯适应力影响间的链式中介作用。方法 2022年12月以便利抽样法选取261名护理本科生作为研究对象,采用主动性人格量表、领悟社会支持量表、核心自我评价量表、生涯适应力量表进行问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。结果 护理本科生主动性人格、领悟社会支持、核心自我评价、生涯适应力得分分别为(44。01±6。15)分、(63。11±10。30)分、(33。20±4。67)分、(91。41± 12。65)分;Pearson相关分析结果显示:任意2个量表评分之间的相关性均有统计学意义(P<0。01);回归分析结果显示:主动性人格、领悟社会支持、核心自我评价3者共可解释生涯适应力33。9%的变异量(R2=0。339);主动性人格正向预测生涯适应力(β=0。133,P<0。05);领悟社会支持中介了主动性人格和生涯适应力之间的关系(β=0。086,P=0。012);核心自我评价中介了主动性人格和生涯适应力之间的关系(β=0。080,P=0。034);领悟社会支持和核心自我评价中介了主动性人格和生涯适应力之间的关系(β=0。065,P=0。001)。结论 领悟社会支持和核心自我评价在主动性人格与生涯适应力之间起链式中介作用。主动性人格不仅会直接影响生涯适应力,并且会通过领悟社会支持和核心自我评价间接影响生涯适应力。
Mediating effect of perceived social support and core self-evaluation in the relationship between proactive personality and career adaptability among nursing undergraduates
Objective To explore the chain mediating effect of perceived social support and core self-evaluation on proactive personality's influence on career adaptability among nursing undergraduates.Methods A total of 261 nurs-ing undergraduates were selected as the research subjects by convenience sampling method,and the questionnaires survey was conducted by using Proactive Personality Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale,Core Self-Assessment Scale,and Career Adaptability Scale,and the results were analyzed in December,2022.Results The scores of proac-tive personality,perceived social support,core self-evaluation,and career adaptability of nursing undergraduates were(44.01±6.15)points,(63.11±10.30)points,(33.20±4.67)points,and(91.41±12.65)points;Pearson correlation analysis showed that the correlation between any two scales was statistically significant(P<0.01);Re-gression analysis showed that proactive personality,perceived social support,and core self-evaluation could explain 33.9%of the variation of career adaptability(R2=0.339);The proactive personality positively predicted career a-daptability(β=0.133,P<0.05);Perceived social support mediated the relationship between proactive personality and career adaptability(β=0.086,P=0.012);Core self-evaluation mediated the relationship between proactive per-sonality and career adaptability(β=0.080,P=0.034);Perceived social support and core self-evaluation mediated the relationship between proactive personality and career adaptability(β=0.065,P=0.001).Conclusion Perceived social support and core self-evaluation play a chain mediating effect between proactive personality and career adaptability.Proactive personality not only influences career adaptability directly,but also influences it via perceived social sup-port and core self-evaluation.
