目的 系统评价青少年癫痫患者的心理体验和感受。方法 计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方、CMB、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of science和CINAHL数据库中关于青少年癫痫患者心理体验和感受的质性研究，检索时限为建库至2023年3月31日。文献质量评价采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准，采用汇集性整合方法对纳入的文献进行归纳和整合。结果 共纳入12篇文献，提炼出52个结果，将相似结果归纳成7个新类别，最终形成3个整合结果:癫痫是一种复杂的疾病，负性体验突出;积极应对，努力和癫痫共存;期待理解，渴求支持。结论 青少年癫痫患者有其独有的心理体验和需求，医护人员应及时解答其疑虑和困惑的同时，努力挖掘患者的积极体验，做好正面的引导，帮助青少年患者实现自我价值。
Meta-integration of qualitative research on psychological experience and feelings in adolescents patients with epilepsy
Objective To systematically evaluate the psychological experience and feelings of adolescent patients with epilepsy.Methods Qualitative studies on the psychological experience and feelings of adolescent epilepsy patients in the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,CMB,PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of science,and CINAHL were searched by computer,and the retrieval time was from the establishment of the databases to March 31,2023.The quality of literature was evaluated using the qualitative research quality evaluation standard of JBI Evidence based Health Care Center in Australia,and the aggregation integration method was used to summarize and integrate the included literature.Results A total of 12 articles were included,and 52 topics were extracted,the similar results were summarized into 7 new categories,and 3 integrated results were finally formed and as follow:Epilepsy was a complex dis-ease with prominent negative experience;Active response and coexistence with epilepsy;Looking forward to understanding and eager for support.Conclusion Adolescent patients with epilepsy have their unique psychological experience and needs.Medical staff should answer their doubts and perplexities in a timely manner,and at the same time,strive to tap the positive experience of patients,do a good job in positive guidance,and help them realize their self-worth.
