Objective To construct the nursing quality evaluation system for pressure injuries in general wards based on the Servqual model.Methods Based on 5 dimensions of the Servqual model and literature research,the final indicators at all levels were determined by 2 rounds of Delphi method expert consultation,and the weight of each in-dicator was finally determined by the method of precedence chart.Results After 2 rounds of expert consultation,an e-valuation system consisting of 5 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators,and 32 third-level indicators was formed;Experts had good enthusiasm,with 88％and 100％,respectively;The authority level of experts were rela-tively high,which were 0.832 and 0.843 respectively;The coordination level of experts in 2 rounds was good,and the coordination coefficient in the second round was higher than that in the first round.Conclusion The quality evalu-ation system for pressure injury care in general wards constructed based on the Servqual model in this study has strong scientificity and reliability,and can provide reference for improving the quality of pressure injury care in gen-eral wards and enhancing patients sense of benefit.
