Application of curriculum ideology and politics in PICC professional technical training
Objective To explore the application effects of curriculum ideology and politics in PICC professional technical training.Method A total of 80 students from 2 phases of the primary PICC international certification train-ing course in 2022 were selected as the research object.Among them,the students in the first phase from May to August were applied the traditional teaching mode,and those in the second phase from September to December were adopted the curriculum ideological and political teaching mode based on the traditional teaching mode,and the col-lected ideological and political materials of the course were integrated into each teaching link,and the teaching evalu-ation was carried out after the training.Results The test scores and self-directed learning ability of the observation group was(86.58±2.61)points and(223.83±6.74)points,teaching effect evaluation and satisfaction in the ob-servation group were all higher than those in the control group,which were statistically significant(P<0.05).Con-clusion The ideological and political teaching modeis superior to the traditional teaching mode in PICC professional and technical training courses,which improves the learning efficiency,professional quality,and learning satisfaction of PICC specialist nurses,and promotes the organic unity of knowledge transfer and value guidance.
