Analysis on of job needs of intelligent health elderly care service and management talent based on LDA theme model
Objective To explore the job demand of elderly care service and management talents by using latent dirichlet allocation(LDA)theme model,and to provide a basis for the training of related talents.Methods The Web Scraper software was used to capture the recruitment information related to elderly care service and management tal-ents in domestic mainstream websites such as 51job.com,Zhaopin.com,Liepin.com,pension network,Dingzhi.com,and the data was cleaned.The subject of the data was identified by LDA theme model and the job demand was analyzed.Results A total of 3,684 pieces of recruitment information were collected,and 2,120 pieces of valid data were obtained after data cleaning,including 1,161 pieces of health care and 959 pieces of operation and management.Recruitment information was mainly distributed in East,North,and South China.There were 8 post demand themes for each of the 2 types of jobs,and according to the intensity of the theme,these demand themes of health care jobs were as follows:Character quality,life and psychological care ability,disease care ability,professional etiquette and attitude,first aid and safety care ability,professional general ability,activity organization and service management ability,information technology and knowledge of policies and regulations for the elderly.The demand themes of op-eration and management positions were as follows:Organizational operation management ability,character quality,market development and positioning ability,customer maintenance and product sales ability,professional etiquette and attitude,professional general ability,event organization and planning ability,information technology and knowl-edge of policies and regulations for the elderly.Conclusion There are significant differences in knowledge and skill re-quirements between health care and operation and management positions,but both positions attach importance to the humanistic quality and informatization application ability of intelligent health and elderly care service and manage-ment talents.The above demand characteristics can provide certain references for talent training.
