Establishment of evaluation index system for continuous care quality in elderly disabled patients based on the three-dimensional quality structure model
Objective To explore and establish an evaluation index system for the quality of extended care for eld-erly disabled patients.Methods From July to September 2022,based on the three-dimensional quality structure model as the theoretical basis,combined with the literature review and Delphi expert letter consultation method,the quality evaluation system of the extended care service for elderly disabled patients based on the framework of"Structure-Process-Outcome"model was constructed according to the contents and evaluation needs of the elderly disabled pa-tients'extended care service.Results The expert authority coefficient,judgment coefficient,and familiarity coeffi-cient after 2 rounds of nursing expert letter consultation were 0.931,0.929,and 0.933,respectively.The three-di-mensional quality evaluation system of extended care service for elderly disabled patients was determined,including 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators,and 36 third-level indicators.The harmony coefficients of 2 rounds of expert letter consultation were 0.455 and 0.410.Conclusion The three-dimensional quality evaluation system of ex-tended care service for elderly disabled patients with disability is rigorous,scientific,comprehensive,and reliable,which is conducive to the improvement of quality of extended care service.
