目的 对国内外头颈癌患者身体意象相关研究进行范围综述。方法 检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、The Cochrane Library、CINAHL、中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库的相关文献，检索时限为建库至2023年4月10日，并对纳入文献进行讨论分析。结果 共纳入33篇文献。结果显示，头颈癌患者身体意象的影响因素包括社会人口学特征、疾病治疗因素、心理和行为因素、其他因素。身体意象评估工具主要从身体意象相关的情感认知、生理功能、社会活动来进行评估。研究中头颈癌患者的干预措施主要包括美容修复技术、皮肤伪装计划、运动疗法、认知行为干预、表达性写作、积极心理干预。结论 身体意象的影响因素还需进一步探讨，未来研究应选择科学的评估工具，并在此基础上开展干预性研究，改善头颈癌患者身体意象水平。
A scope review of body imagery research in patients with head and neck cancer
Objective To conduct a scope review of studies on body imagery in patients with head and neck canc-er,both domestically and internationally.Methods The relevant literatures were searched in PubMed,Web of Sci-ence,Embase,The Cochrane Library,CINAHL,CNKI,WanFang,and VIP Databases.The search period limited from the establishment of the database to April 10,2023,and the included literatures were discussed and analyzed.Results A total of 33 literatures were included.The results showed that the influence factors of body imagery among head and neck cancer patients included sociodemographic characteristics,disease treatment factors,psychological and behavioral factors,and other factors.Assessment tools for body imagery mainly focused on emotional cognition,physiological functioning,and social activities related to body imagery.Intervention measures in the studies mainly included cosmetic rehabilitation techniques,skin camouflage plans,exercise therapy,cognitive-behavioral interven-tions,expressive writing,and positive psychological interventions.Conclusion Further exploration is needed regard-ing the factors influencing body imagery,and future research should select scientifically validated assessment tools and conduct intervention studies based on them to improve the level of body image among head and neck cancer pa-tients.
