目的 系统评价非自愿终止妊娠(IPL)女性的心理体验。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、EMbase、Scopus、CINAHL、PsycINFO、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普中文期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据库中有关IPL女性心理体验的质性研究，检索时间为建库至2023年11月13日。对纳入文献进行质量评价后，采取汇集性整合方法对结果进行分析。结果 共纳入20篇文献，提取79个结果，归纳得出10个类别，最终得出4个整合结果:IPL对女性的消极影响;应对策略;创伤后成长;医疗保健服务的需求及建议。结论 IPL对女性身心产生了负面影响，社会-家庭支持系统薄弱，医疗服务需求较高，应优化医疗保健服务质量，整合医疗资源，促进其身心健康。
Meta synthesis of qualitative researches on the psychological experience of women with involuntary pregnancy loss
Objective To systematically evaluate the psychological experience of women with involuntary pregnan-cy loss(IPL).Methods Qualitative studies of the psychological experience of women with IPL were searched by com-putor from PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,EMbase,Scopus,CINAHL,PsycINFO,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese BioMedical Literature Database(CBM),VIP,and WanFang Database,and the retrieval time was from the establishment of databases to November 13,2023.After the quality evaluation of the included literature,the results were analyzed by the meta-aggregation method.Results A total of 20 literatures were included,and integrated into 79 valuable findings.These findings were classified into 10 categories and then summed up 4 integrated results,namely the negative impact of involuntary pregnancy loss on women,coping strate-gies,post traumatic growth,needs and recommendations for health care services.Conclusion IPL has a negative im-pact on womens physical and mental health,the social and family support system is weak,and the demand for medi-cal services is high.It is necessary to optimize the quality of medical care services,integrate medical resources,and promote their physical and mental health.
