目的 检索并提取乳腺癌超重、肥胖患者体重管理的最佳证据。方法 运用PIPOST模式确定循证问题，制定检索策略，进行文献筛选及文献评价，检索范围包括美国国立指南网、UpToDate、BMJ循证证据综合知识库、Cochrane Library、JBI循证卫生保健中心数据库、美国肠外肠内营养学会、欧洲临床营养与代谢学会、中华医学会、美国癌症协会、美国营养与饮食协会、中国抗癌协会、中国医脉通临床指南网、Web of Science、PubMed、Em-base、中国生物医学文献服务网、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库等，检索时间为建库至2022年10月30日。通过提炼最佳证据，形成乳腺癌超重、肥胖患者体重管理的最佳证据总结。结果 本次研究共纳入15篇文献，包括1篇临床决策，3篇指南，2篇专家共识，2篇证据总结，7篇系统评价。总结了体重目标、体重监测管理方式、营养干预、运动干预、心理干预5个类别的相关证据。结论 本研究总结了乳腺癌超重、肥胖患者体重管理的最佳证据，为临床护士工作提供了依据。建议应用此证据时，应结合患者自身情况和习惯，制定适当的个性化体重管理方案。
Summary of the best evidence for weight management in overweight or obese patients with breast cancer
Objective To search and extract the best evidence for weight management in overweight and obese pa-tients with breast cancer.Methods The PIPOST model was used to identify evidence-based questions,develop search strategies,conduct literature screening and literature evaluation.The retrieval scope included the US National Guidelines Network,UpToDate,BMJ Evidence-Based Evidence Synthesis Knowledge Base,Cochrane Library,JBI Evidence-Based Health Care Centre Database,the American Society for Parenteral Enteral Nutrition,and the Euro-pean Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism,Chinese Medical Association,American Cancer Society,Ameri-can Society for Nutrition and Dietetics,China Anti-Cancer Society,China Medical Pulse Clinical Guidelines Net-work,Web of Science,PubMed,Embase,China Biomedical Literature Service Network,China Knowledge Net-work,Wanfang Database,and VIP Database,etc.The searching time was from the establishment of the database to October 30,2022.A summary of the best evidence on weight management in overweight and obese patients with breast cancer was formed by refining the best evidence.Results A total of 15 literatures were included in this study,including 1 clinical decision,3 guidelines,2 expert consensus,2 evidence summaries,and 7 systematic reviews.The relevant evidences of weight goal,weight monitoring,management style,diet management,exercise management,and psychological management were summarized.Conclusion The best evidence for weight management of over-weight and obese patients with breast cancer is summarized in this study,which provides a basis for clinical nurses.It is suggested that appropriate personalized weight management programs should be developed based on patients'own conditions and habits when applying the evidence of this study.
