Application of"Digital-Intelligence Integration"emergency mode in patients with severe multiple injuries
Objective To explore the application value of"Digital-Intelligence Integration"emergency mode in pa-tients with severe multiple injuries(SMI).Methods A total of 144 patients with SMI admitted to the emergency de-partment of our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the observation group, and 148 patients with SMI admitted from January to December 2020 were selected as the control group. The control group adopted the conventional emergency mode, and the experimental group adopted the"Digital-Intelligence Integration"emer-gency mode. The treatment effects of 2 groups were compared. Results The arrival time of the trauma treatment team, the time to complete the CT examination, the time to complete the B-ultrasound examination, the time to re-ceive blood transfusion, the retention time in the emergency room, the time from emergency to operation, the time of diagnosis, and the length of hospital stay in the ICU in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and these differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of treatment in the observation group and the control group was 84.7%and 74.3%,respectively,and the difference was statistical-ly significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The"Digital-Intelligence Integration"emergency mode can improve the treat-ment efficiency and first-aid success rate of patients with SMI,innovate emergency and first-aid services, achieve seamless pre-hospital and in-hospital connection,so as to build an efficient, rapid, and fully covered collaborative treatment system.
