摘要
目的 构建急诊专业护士岗位胜任力准入体系,为急诊专业护士的选拔、任用、培养提供理论依据.方法 以"胜任力"理论为基础,采用澳大利亚JBI循证方法收集评价证据,由小组讨论筛选指标,初步拟定急诊专业护士岗位胜任力准入指标体系,于2021年3-11月进行2轮专家函询并利用层次分析法计算各指标权重.结果 2轮专家咨询中专家积极系数为95％和100％,权威系数为0.93,2轮专家咨询和谐数分别为0.351、0.565(均P＜0.05).最终形成包括5个一级指标、20个二级指标和45个三级指标的急诊专业护士岗位胜任力准入指标体系.结论 咨询专家有较高的权威性,构建的急诊专业护士岗位胜任力准入体系过程严谨、具有可靠性,权重分配合理,可为我国急诊专业护士招任用、培养、考核与评价提供参考.
Abstract
Objective To construct a competency admission system for emergency nursing positions,and to pro-vide theoretical basis for the selection,appointment,and training of emergency professional nurses.Method Based on the"Competency"theory,the evaluation evidence was collected by using the Australian JBI evidence-based method,and the indicators were discussed and selected by the group,and a preliminary competency admission indicator sys-tem for emergency professional nurses was developed.Two rounds of expert consultations were conducted from March to November 2021,and the weights of each indicator were calculated using the analytic hierarchy process.Re-sult In 2 rounds of expert consultation,the positivity coefficients of experts were 95％and 100％,and the authority coefficient was 0.93,and the harmony numbers of 2 rounds of expert consultation were 0.351 and 0.565,respec-tively(all P＜0.05).The final formation of a competency admission index system for emergency professional nurses included 5 first-level indicators,20 second-level indicators,and 45 third-level indicators.Conclusion Consulting ex-perts have high authority,and the established competency admission system for emergency nursing positions is rigor-ous,reliable,and has reasonable weight distribution,which can provide reference for the recruitment and appoint-ment,training,and assessment and evaluation of emergency professional nurses in China.
