院内压力性损伤智慧管理系统的构建及应用

目的 构建院内压力性损伤(PI)智慧管理系统并探讨其在临床PI管理中的实际应用效果。方法 构建由风险评估预警、事件管理等模块组成的PI智慧管理系统,于2021年9月在浙江省某三级甲等医院进行全面应用。比较该系统应用前后6个月的PI风险评估及时率、预防措施落实率、3期及以上会诊申请率、护理会诊及时率、医院获得压力性损伤(HAPI)的发生率及好转率。结果 该系统能明显提升PI风险评估及时率、预防措施落实率、3期及以上会诊申请率、会诊及时率及HAPI的好转率(P<0。01)。结论 院内PI智慧管理系统能辅助护理人员进行及时、准确的PI风险管理,为护理决策提供客观数据支持,规范PI临床管理,有效提高护理服务质量。
Construction and application of intelligent management system for pressure injury within the hospital
Objective To build an intelligent management system for pressure injuries(PI)within the hospital and explore its practical application effects in clinical PI management.Methods The intelligent management system for pressure injuries,which was consisted of modules such as risk assessment and early warning,event management,and other modules,was fully implemented at a tertiary grade-A hospital in Zhejiang province in September 2021.The timeliness rate of PI risk assessment,the implementation rate of preventive measures,the consultation rate for stage 3 and above,the timeliness rate of nursing consultations,as well as the incidence and improvement rate of hospital-acquired pressure injuries(HAPI)were compared before and after the application of this system for a period of 6 months.Results The timeliness rate of PI risk assessment,the implementation rate of preventive measures,the con-sultation rate for stage 3 and above,the timeliness rate of consultations,and the improvement rate of HAPI could be significantly improved by the system(P<0.01).Conclusion The intelligent management system for PI within the hospital can assist nursing staff in conducting more timely and accurate PI risk management,provide objective data support for nursing decision-making,standardize the clinical management of PI,and effectively improve the quality of nursing services.
