Analysis of influencing factors of civilian nurses'entry intention in military hospitals based on the theory of planned behavior
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of civil nurses'on-duty behavioral intention in military hospitals based on the theory of planned behavior.Methods From October to November 2021,a total of 279 civilian nurses from 15 military hospitals were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey with the self-designed induction in-tention questionnaire for civilian nurses in military hospitals.Results Gender,age,type of city where the unit was lo-cated,subjective intention,the influence of education,and self-perception were the main influencing factors of the behavioral intention of civilian nurses in military hospitals(P<0.05).Conclusions The influencing factor model of induction behavioral intention of civilian nurses in military hospital based on the theory of planned behavior has a strong ability to explain behavioral intention,which can provide reference and basis for nursing managers in military hospitals to formulate corresponding countermeasures to improve the induction rate of civilian nurses.
