Objective To review,evaluate,and summarize the best evidence of nutritional management in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS).Methods PIPOST was used to determine evidence-based questions,and the evidence on nutritional management of ALS patients was successively searched in domestic and foreign databases and websites according to the 6S evidence search model from the establishment of the database to September 1,2022.Quality evaluation of the included literatures,extraction and summary of evidence were conducted by 2 researchers.Results A total of 15 literatures were included,including 1 clinical decision,2 guidelines,2 systematic reviews,2 randomized controlled trials,2 cohort studies,1 expert consensus,and 5 expert opinions.A total of 28 pieces of evi-dence from 7 aspects were extracted.Conclusion This study summarizes the best evidence of nutrition management in ALS patients,which can provides evidence-based basis for clinical medical staff to carry out nutrition management of ALS patients.
